Welcome to THE3FUND where your tax-deductible donations go to work supporting the education of all children at PS3.
THE 3FUND supports the school in 3 essential ways:
- MOVING CHARRETTE DREAMS TOWARDS REALITY
Last Spring the PS3 community held a charrette (intensive planning session) and this process identified what the PS3 community wants: More grown-ups in the classroom; Increased Science Education; Language Education; Improved Facilities. With successful fundraising we can begin to make these visions come to life. - GIVING CASH TO THE CLASS
These are funds supporting activities in every child’s classroom which pay for materials, field trips and a Scientist or Artist. - FUNDING ARTS & ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
The 3Fund helps support the vital and beloved teachers and activities that make PS3 great.

Yes, but only with your help! Money raised during this drive pays for so much of what we love about PS3, but which is not allocated in the DOE budget, including:
- salaries and supplies for some of our art and music teachers
- healthy lunch and safe recess programs

- support for drama, dance, computer, and art programs
- PS3 Scientist/Artist in Residence Program
