Budget Committee

The PTA budget is reviewed at every general membership meeting of the PTA. As new proposals and expenditures come up, the budget may be amended at any general membership meeting. PTA members may be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses if she/he submits receipts and the expenditures are authorized by the appropriate committee head (see the Request for Reimbursement form below.) Whenever possible, membership approval should be obtained prior to making an out-of-pocket expenditure. All expenditures must be approved by the general membership. Reimbursements will be made by check payable to the member, not in cash.
