Charrette Brainstorm Survey

Dear PS3 family/teacher/staff,

Here is the final step of our Charrette Brainstorm process to imagine how we might spend the PTA dollars we raise together. We are asking you to rate and rank the amazing proposals that have been generated by our community (from the orange idea boxes and the brainstorm evening in May). When you click on this link (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HLMG9KK), you will be directed to a questionnaire that asks you to rate and rank a list of 33 proposed ideas. It is really important to get your feedback as we will use the results of this survey to provide guidance for PTA budgeting and financial planning going forward.

Please take 10 minutes of your time to complete this online questionnaire (or complete the paper questionnaire in backpack mail, if you prefer, and drop it in the orange box in the PS3 lobby). You can complete the survey yourself, with your child(ren), or have your child(ren) complete it independently. But we do ask that each family/staff/teacher complete only one survey.

We ask that you complete the survey by end of day Friday, June 22. Of course, we cannot guarantee which, if any, of these proposals will be funded. But we can guarantee that your participation will provide crucial guidance as we set our financial priorities for the years ahead. Thank you in advance for your time and support!
